These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the fl88 platform and all of its services. The key terms used in this document are defined below:

"Platform"

3.1 Welcome Bonus

fl88 offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

3.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds may only be used on approved games and bets. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met. fl88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

3.4 Promotion Misuse

If misuse of bonus promotions is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting activity — fl88 may forfeit the relevant bonus and associated winnings and close the account.

4.1 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, fl88 may ask for a national identity card or other official documents to verify your identity. This process is essential for account security and financial safety.

4.2 Matching Deposit Method

Withdrawals are generally made via the same method used for the deposit. For bank transfers, transactions can be made with major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.3 Failed Deposits

If a deposit does not go through for any reason, contact the support team immediately and keep the transaction reference number. fl88 resolves disputes by verifying all transaction records.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the fl88 platform are considered valid only after successful confirmation by the system. If confirmation is not received due to a disconnection or error, the bet may be considered void.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

5.3 Technical Errors

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fl88 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person or using a third party's account.
• Coordinated betting activity (including arbitrage betting) for the purpose of exploiting the bonus system.
• Hacking, sending viruses, DDoS attacks, or any form of cyber attack.
• Creating an account with false information or identity fraud.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward other members.
• Intentionally exploiting any software or system vulnerability.

If any of the above activities are detected, fl88 may suspend or close the relevant account and forfeit its balance without prior notice.

7.1 Closure by fl88

fl88 may temporarily or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason, including breach of any provision of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or evidence of unauthorized activity. Notice may be given to the member before closure, but this is not mandatory.

7.2 Closure by the Member

7.3 Remaining Balance

In the case of a standard account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be withdrawable, unless the closure is due to a rule violation or fraud.
